The Dance Shoppe Ltd. - Professional Staff

Director: Miss Ruth-Ann has owned and operated The Dance Shoppe in Milton since 1994. Her love of dance began at the age of 8 at a local studio here in Milton. As a Milton Resident of over 30 years Miss Ruth-Ann is happy to be living out her dream in this lovely community. Over the years she has passed on her passion for dance to all ages of students and has encouraged them to develop their skills in many areas. Many of her dancers have continued on in dance, either teaching or professionally. Students of The Dance Shoppe have been accepted into the National Ballet School in Winnipeg and Toronto and The Quinte School of Ballet in Belleville. Miss Ruth-Ann welcomes dancers of all ability levels to The Dance Shoppe. Her Philosophy is ‘”If you are not happy we are not happy!” Come be apart of Milton’s Family Dance Studio.

Assistant Director: Miss Rachelle has been a part of The Dance Shoppe in Milton since 1995. As a competitive dancer for The Dance Shoppe, Miss Rachelle gained a respect for the art of dance and has continued her love for dancing by pursuing her education at York University. Her enthusiasm and high spirit are just two of her many assets that she brings to The Dance Shoppe. Miss Rachelle also encourages dancers of all levels to achieve all they can and strive to reach for their dreams. She never tires of watching the smiles and accomplishments of her dancers. Miss Rachelle considers herself lucky and blessed to be able to be involved in a “job” that she loves and cherishes.
